▸Carburetor Installation Instructions

Please follow these general steps to complete carburetor installation:

① Final Overall Check Recheck all fuel hoses, wires and mounting bolts. Confirm every connection is tightened with no leaks.

② Engine Test Run Operate throttle and start the engine. Check for odd noise, fuel leakage or stalling, perform fine tuning if necessary.

③ Intake & Exhaust Inspection After installation, check intake system for air leaks. Make sure cylinders work normally and exhaust path stays unblocked.

④ Carburetor Tuning Adjust idle speed and air-fuel mixture screws based on equipment specs to get smooth engine performance.

⑤ Electronic Wiring (If fitted) For carburetors with electronic components like auto throttle control, connect wires properly and secure all terminals.

⑥ Fix Carburetor in Place Tighten mounting bolts to hold carburetor firmly on intake manifold without wobble.

⑦ Hook Up Fuel Hose Connect fuel pipe to carburetor fuel inlet, seal joint tightly against fuel seepage. Swap out fuel lines that are cracked or aged.

⑧ Fit New Carburetor Place new carburetor on original mounting location. Align accurately with intake port; do not reverse intake/exhaust ports then fasten screws.

⑨ Take Off Old Carburetor Shut engine down, disconnect fuel lines and power for electronic systems. Detach intake/exhaust hoses, remove fasteners, lift carburetor gently to avoid damage.

⑩ Mounting Surface Cleaning Clean carburetor mounting base and intake manifold, remove dust and debris that may impact performance.

⑪ Pre-installation Part Inspection Examine carburetor and accessories before assembly. Check for damage, wear or dirt to ensure all components are usable.
