?Remove The Unit Injector Sleeves
NOTICE: Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
1.Install the puller stud from Tooling (1) into the unit injector sleeve.
2.Install the following parts from Tooling (1) over the stud: bridge puller, thrust bearing, hard washer, and nut.
3.Tighten the nut until the unit injector sleeve is pulled free of the cylinder head assembly.
4.Remove Tooling (1) from the unit injector sleeve.

?Install The Electronic Unit Injectors
Note: Check the fuel passage in the cylinder head assembly. Remove any debris left.
1.Clean the bore in the cylinder head for the electronic unit injector sleeve.
2.Install new O-ring seals on electronic unit injector sleeve.
3.Apply Retaining Compound to the contact surface of electronic unit injector sleeve on the surface that is marked "X".(Do not apply it to the cylinder head surfaces)
4.Lubricate O-ring seals with clean engine oil.
5.Install Tooling into the threads of electronic unit injector sleeve.
6.Position Tooling and the electronic unit injector sleeve in the cylinder head. Use care not to damage the O-ring seal on the electronic unit injector sleeve.
7.Use Tooling and a hammer to install electronic unit injector sleeve in the cylinder head
