This adapter works on 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10-lug wheels. the pivoting arms can be removed and re-positioned to match any of these bolt patterns.
To mount a 6-lug wheel, you would use the 3-lug configuration, because the lugs will be evenly spaced.
To mount an 8-lug wheel, use the 4-lug pattern. To mount an 10-lug wheel, use the 5-lug pattern.
This is special designed for balance wheels with or without a center hole, or for a hole that is out of round, or center holes that do not fit the mounting cones, or mounting cones has been damaged, or mounting cones is not accurate.
