When the motor is received,
1. Turn the shaft by hand to see if the motor shaft can rotate normally.
2. Do not run with load first, run the machine for a few minutes, and then bring the load after everything is normal.
3. When running with load, it is best to use an ammeter to measure the actual running current and see if it exceeds the rating on the nameplate.
